In 2011, long-time friends Dom Capece and John Stemler decided to start a brewery. Early the next year they opened the doors at Free Will. In the eight years since then they have made a name for themselves brewing up fantastic clean beers and complex saisons and sours. In this episode I chatted with John about their journey and what the future holds for Free Will.
